BADGE M100
Quantitative Reasoning
What if every student could show exactly what they know in math—and have multiple opportunities to demonstrate their learning? The XQ Math Badging System gives students a clear pathway to success while providing educators with meaningful evidence of learning and growth.
The XQ Math Badging Framework breaks high school mathematics into 23 targeted badges, each representing a set of core concepts and skills aligned to state standards. Rather than treating an entire course as one high-stakes experience, students earn badges by demonstrating mastery of specific mathematical ideas and practices. When learning gaps exist, students can focus on the concepts they need most instead of repeating large portions of a course.
The result is a more flexible and transparent approach to mathematics learning—one that recognizes progress, values evidence of mastery, and helps students build confidence as capable mathematical thinkers. Each badge represents a meaningful milestone on the path toward course completion and mathematical success.
